Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the rice flour and salt. Gradually add boiling water while stirring continuously to form a smooth dough.
- 2Using an idiappam maker, fill it with the prepared dough and press it to form noodle-like strands in a circular motion onto a greased idli plate.
- 3Place the idli plates in a steamer and steam the idi appam for 10 minutes until cooked through.
