Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine 500g of all-purpose flour, 0.25 tbsp of instant yeast, 1 tsp of sugar, and 0.5 tbsp of salt. Gradually add water and mix until a soft dough forms.
- 2Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes to allow the yeast to activate.
- 3Divide the dough into 50g balls. Flatten each ball, sprinkle with coriander leaves, and roll into a round shape.
- 4Lightly moisten one side of the naan with water using your hands or a brush.
- 5Place the naan in a pan with the moistened side down. Cook over medium heat until the bottom is browned.
- 6Using tongs, remove the naan from the pan and cook the other side directly over a flame until browned.
- 7Once cooked, brush the top of the naan with butter, cut into two pieces, and serve hot.
