Instructions
- 1In a large bowl, combine 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 tablespoons of ajwain, 0.5 teaspoon of cumin seeds, and 2 tablespoons of sun-dried fenugreek leaves. Add 3-4 tablespoons of oil and mix well. Gradually add water to form a tight dough. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes.
- 2Divide the dough into small balls, each weighing approximately 50 grams. Roll each ball into a small circle.
- 3Heat 5 cups of oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Deep fry the rolled dough circles until they are golden brown and crispy. Allow them to cool before serving.
