Step 1
Finely chop onions and green chillies.
Step 2
Beat the eggs until frothy.
Step 3
Add chopped onions and green chilly mixture into the egg mixture. Add 1 tbsp of milk. Adding this secret ingredient makes the omelette fluffy. Add salt as per taste.
Step 4
Heat coconut oil in a pan. Pour the egg mixture. Allow to cook for a while. Sprinkle1 tsp of black pepper powder followed by 1 tsp of coconut oil. When the base firms up, flip it to the other side and cook until done.
Step 5
Serve it with hot rice, bread or roti.
