Step 1
Beat eggs in a bowl till it becomes fluffy.
Step 2
Cut onions, green chillies & curry leaves into fine pieces.
Step 3
Keep a pan on flame & saute the Onions/green chillies & curry leaves till the colour of onion changes. Switch off the gas.
Step 4
After the onion mixture has cooled down, put it in egg bowl add salt & mix altogether.
Step 5
Keep the pan on flame again, put oil in it, pour the egg mixture into it, pour oil on all sides, close it with a lid & cook the omelette for 5 minutes on medium flame till the omelette becomes fluffy & changes its colour on one side. Now flip the omelette to other side, keep on gas for a second , switch off the flame & put it in a plate.
Step 6
Egg omelette is ready. Serve the omelette with toasted bread by applying butter on it.
