Step 1
In a bowl break 4 eggs. Add green chilli, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, salt, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 3/4 tsp of pepper powder, finely chopped coriander leaves and 1 tsp of milk. Whisk it with a fork.
Step 2
Now heat a pan. Put 2-3 tbsp of butter in it. Pour the egg mixture in the pan and spread it. Then put two bread slices on the egg mixture (I toasted the bread with butter before adding it to the egg mixture) You could do the same if you like.
Then quickly flip the bread and cook it on low flame.

Step 3
After one minute flip the Omelette along with bread. Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Fold the Omelette on the bread. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Then fold the sandwich and cook both the sides. Repeat the process for rest of the bread Omelette.
Serve hot.
