( Powdered parboiled rice) You can clean the parboiled rice.drain it putting under sunlight.grind it in a mixer.

Step 1
Soak the 1 cup white rice in water for 3-4 hours and grind it using a mixer grinder adding 1/2 cup water.transfer it to a mixing bowl.adjust salt.
Step 2
then add the powdered parboiled rice into it little by little to make a good dough.add water if needed.adjust the salt.the dough must be thick(shown in figure).
Step 3
Grease your hands with coconut oil.take one small sized ball of rice dough and make a roti pressing it with your hands on a sheet.(the sheet can be plastic,which should also be greased with coconut oil so that the roti will not stick on it).
Step 4
Meanwhile put an orotti tawa(shown in figure) on medium-high flame.when the pan is hot,transfer the orotti on it one by one.cook it flipping on both sides.
Step 5
cook its edges.once done,remove from pan one by one.
Step 6
spread some ghee over the orotti so that it will be more tasty. Enjoy the malabar Tyre roti/orotti with chicken/beef/mutton/fish gravy!!
