  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Orange juice
  • 0.5 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 cups Ginger ale (Or club soda)
  • 1 large piece Ice (Or several smaller pieces)
  • 0.5 cup Coconut Butter (For Shells)
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar (For Shells)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (For Shells)

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let cool completely.
  2. 2In a large punch bowl, combine the cooled simple syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  3. 3Just before serving, add ginger ale (or club soda) and the large piece of ice to the punch bowl.
  4. 4Cream together coconut butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Shape the mixture into small shell shapes. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.
