Instructions
- 1Rub the inside of a mixing bowl with the halved garlic clove.
- 2In the bowl, add the mustard, paprika, curry powder, chives, onion, salt, parsley, and chili pepper.
- 3Mix and crush all the ingredients using a silver fork.
- 4Pour in the olive oil and mash the whole to a smooth pulp.
- 5Gradually add the cider vinegar, mixing all together. Then add the olive oil in the same manner.
- 6Press the mixture through a very fine (new) sieve into a quart fruit jar. Cover closely and set aside in a cool place for use as desired.
