SAUCE VINAIGRETTE

Ingredients
- 1 clove Garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 dash White pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cold water
- 4 tablespoons Olive oil
- 10 drops Tabasco sauce
- 2 tablespoons Tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Grated onion
- 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon Chopped gherkin
Instructions
- 1Rub the inside of a mixing bowl with the garlic clove.
- 2Add the salt, white pepper, and cold water (or ice) to the bowl. Then, add the olive oil. Mix until the salt is dissolved. If using ice, remove it after the salt dissolves.
- 3Add the Tabasco sauce, tarragon vinegar, grated onion, chopped parsley, and chopped gherkin to the bowl. Stir to combine.
