Ingredients
- 6 medium-sized Carrots
- 2 T Butter
- 1/2 t Salt
- 1/4 t Black pepper
Instructions
- 1Wash and scrape the carrots. Cut them into two-thirds inch cubes.
- 2Cook the carrots in enough boiling water to cover until tender, about fifteen minutes. Drain the carrots.
- 3Add the butter, salt, and pepper to the drained carrots. Heat thoroughly and serve.
