Ingredients

  • 6 medium-sized Carrots
  • 2 T Butter
  • 1/2 t Salt
  • 1/4 t Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Wash and scrape the carrots. Cut them into two-thirds inch cubes.
  2. 2Cook the carrots in enough boiling water to cover until tender, about fifteen minutes. Drain the carrots.
  3. 3Add the butter, salt, and pepper to the drained carrots. Heat thoroughly and serve.
