Ingredients
- 12 Green peppers
- 2/3 cup White vinegar
- 3 cups Finely chopped cabbage
- 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons Pimento, cut fine
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Green pepper, cut fine
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
- 1Cut off the stem end of the green peppers. Remove the seeds and wash thoroughly. Set aside.
- 2In a medium bowl, mix together the mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, and vinegar. Add the finely chopped green pepper, pimento, and cabbage. Stir well to combine.
