  • 12 Green peppers
  • 2/3 cup White vinegar
  • 3 cups Finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons Granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Pimento, cut fine
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Green pepper, cut fine
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Cut off the stem end of the green peppers. Remove the seeds and wash thoroughly. Set aside.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, mix together the mustard, olive oil, salt, sugar, and vinegar. Add the finely chopped green pepper, pimento, and cabbage. Stir well to combine.
