sardine fish curry

Step 1
clean the fish number of times. Take a pan n add coconut oil .Add chopped garlic n ginger. saute well n add .lengthy cut shallots. saute well.Add kashmiri chilli powder n turmeric. Saute in low flame. Add chopped tomatoes. saute well Cool it n grind to a smooth paste.
Step 2
Take a clay pot n add coconut oil.Add mustard n fenugreek Add slit green chillies. saute for a second .Add the grinded paste n saute well.till raw smell goes.
Step 3
Add salt. Add garcinia cambogia (soak in hot water for half an hour before preparation)Add boiled water Add curry leaves.when it starts boiling add fish one by one.keep in medium flame.let it boil well until it becomes a thick gravy.
Step 4
close the lid n cook. Finally add fenugreek powder n coconut oil. Close the lid n serve only after few minutes.
