Step 1
Take a bowl n add to it ragi flour, curds n rava. Mix well by adding half cup of water. Keep aside
Step 2
Take a pan n add oil. Heat it n add to it mustard, chana dal, urad dal, curry leaves chopped n coriander leaves chopped. Add grated carrot n saute well Add the seasoned items to the batter. Mix well. Add 1/2 tsp Eno fruit salt m mix the batter well.
Step 3
Roast the cashew nuts n place it on each mould. Pour the batter on the mould n steam it for 10 mins. Idli is ready.
