Step 1
Take a broad vessel n add to it 1 cup water, Add salt n 1 tsp oil. When it starts boiling add the ragi flour n stir continuously until till becomes a lump.
Step 2
It should come out from the edges. Close with a lid n cook for 1 min in low flame.
Step 3
Make it into a lump n add little oil. Transfer it in that hot state to a hollow vessel by smearing little oil. Swirl it so as to become balls.
Step 4
It is a very gud combination with chicken gravy. Never chew it but swallow.
