Step 1
Transfer finger millet flour to a bowl. Add to it required salt, chopped onions, green chillies, coriander n curry leaves Also add coconut.
Step 2
Make a dough by adding required water. Spread it on banana leaves. (Take one banana leaf n cut it into four equal parts)
Step 3
Steam it in idli making vessel by adding water beneath. Place a flat vessel on top of it n keep the banana leaves with finger millet that you have spread with your hands. Steam for 10 mins. Steam one Ada at a time.
