Step 1
Boil the milk on medium flame
Step 2
When the milk comes to boil add 2 tbsp of vinegar and stir it for one minute
Step 3
Turn off the flame when we see our milk get curdled completely and separates from the whey
Step 4
If we see that our milk is not curdled completely we can add little amount of vinegar....because it depends on milk to milk...

The colour of the whey should be transparent or greenish it should not be milky....
Step 6
Place the muslin cloth over a bowl to strain paneer from whey .we can use thin cotton handkerchief also....
Step 7
Now pour the curlded milk over the Muslin cloth and pour 2 to 3 glass of water to remove the tanginess and smell of vinegar...
Step 8
Squeeze all the water and place the muslin cloth on the wooden board and place a heavy thing over it i( up to 1 kg)
Step 9
I place I kg of sugar jar....after 15 minutes remove that object and remove the cloth we will see block of paneer
Step 10
Cut the paneer in desired shape..
Step 11
TIPS...we can use lemon juice or even curd to curdle the milk for above quantity we can use 1/2 cup of sour curd or lemon juice of two lemons...
