Aate ka Halwa (Wheat Flour Dessert)

- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Ghee
- 0.5 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 1 cup Water (Boiled)

Instructions
- 1In a pan, heat the ghee over medium heat until fully melted.
- 2Add the wheat flour to the pan with the ghee. Roast over low heat, stirring continuously, until the flour turns a dark golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
- 3Boil 1 cup of water separately. Gradually add the boiled water to the roasted flour, stirring briskly to prevent lumps from forming.
- 4Once the water is absorbed by the flour, add the sugar. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves and the mixture starts releasing ghee and leaves the sides of the pan.
- 5Sprinkle cardamom powder over the halwa and mix well. Serve hot.
