Instructions
- 1In a pan, heat 4 tablespoons of ghee over medium heat. Add 2 cups of semolina and roast, stirring continuously, until it turns golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.
- 2In a separate pot, combine 3 cups of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 black cardamom pods. Bring the mixture to a boil, ensuring the sugar is fully dissolved.
- 3Gradually add the roasted semolina to the boiling sugar syrup, stirring continuously to prevent lumps. Lower the heat and cook for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Serve hot.
