Ingredients
- 2 cups Semolina (Also known as Sooji or Rava)
- 0.5 cup Curd (Use 1 cup if curd is not sour)
- 1 unit Tomatoes
- 1 unit Onions
- 2 units Green Chillies
- 0.5 unit Cucumber
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 10 spoons Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 1 unit Coriander Leaves

Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine the semolina, curd, water, and salt. Gradually incorporate the chopped tomatoes, onions, green chillies, cucumber, and coriander leaves to form a thick batter.
- 2Heat a Tawa over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil. Pour a spoonful of the batter onto the Tawa and spread it evenly. Cook until the underside turns golden brown.
- 3Carefully flip the cheela to cook the other side. Add more oil if necessary. Cook until both sides are evenly golden brown.
- 4Remove the cheela from the Tawa and serve hot with your choice of chutney or sauce.
