Egg Fried Rice
Fluffy and aromatic Egg fried rice.
Ingredients
- 3 units Egg
- 1.5 cups Basmati Rice
- 1 unit Capsicum
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Crushed Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Schezwan Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 3 units Green Chillies
- 1 unit Onion
- 5 units Garlic Cloves
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- 1Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add salt and basmati rice. Cook until the rice is fully done. Strain the rice and set aside.
- 2Heat oil in a pan. Crack the eggs into the pan, sprinkle with salt and black crushed pepper. Scramble the eggs until fully cooked but still soft. Set aside.
- 3In the same pan, heat additional oil. Add garlic, ginger, onions, and green chillies. Sauté until fragrant. Add capsicum and stir-fry briefly.
- 4Add salt, black crushed pepper, soy sauce, and schezwan sauce to the pan. Stir well. Add the scrambled eggs and cooked rice. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
- 5Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot.
