Ingredients

  • 5 units Fish (Use salmon or any fish of your choice)
  • 3 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons Turmeric
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons Coriander powder
  • 3 teaspoons Fish fry masala (Sakthi fish fry masala)
  • 2 teaspoons Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
  • 0 as needed Oil (For shallow frying)

Instructions

  1. 1Combine the turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fish fry masala, and ginger garlic paste with a small amount of water to form a thick paste.
  2. 2Cut the fish into pieces of your preferred size and make thin slits on the top to help the masala penetrate. Use salmon or any fish of your choice.
  3. 3Coat the fish pieces thoroughly with the prepared masala paste and let them marinate for approximately one hour.
  4. 4Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish pieces. Fry each side for a few minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. 5Remove the fried fish from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with rice.
