Instructions
- 1Combine the turmeric, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, fish fry masala, and ginger garlic paste with a small amount of water to form a thick paste.
- 2Cut the fish into pieces of your preferred size and make thin slits on the top to help the masala penetrate. Use salmon or any fish of your choice.
- 3Coat the fish pieces thoroughly with the prepared masala paste and let them marinate for approximately one hour.
- 4Heat oil in a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add the marinated fish pieces. Fry each side for a few minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 5Remove the fried fish from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with rice.
