Green Coriander Chutney/Salsa

This is a spicy and delicious chutney to accompany Biriyani rice.

Ingredients

  • 2 units Tomatoes
  • 1 handful Coriander leaves
  • 2 units Green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 unit Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. 1In a mixer grinder, combine the tomatoes, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic cloves, and salt. Grind until a smooth paste is formed.
  2. 2Transfer the paste to a small bowl. Add the black pepper powder and lemon juice. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  3. 3Serve the chutney immediately with Biriyani rice. Enjoy the fresh and spicy flavors.
