Coriander Chutney / Sandwich Chutney

A flavorful coriander chutney perfect for sandwiches or as a side with parathas, made with fresh coriander leaves, coconut, and spices.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves (Small bunch)
  • 0.33 unit Onions (Medium size)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.25 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind pulp
  • 0.25 cup Water
  • 0.25 teaspoon Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1Thoroughly wash the coriander leaves and drain the excess water.
  2. 2In a mixer grinder, combine the coriander leaves, onions, ginger garlic paste, cumin seeds, salt, shredded coconut, tamarind pulp, water, and sugar. Grind into a smooth paste, adding water as necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
  3. 3The coriander chutney is now ready to be used. Spread it on sandwich bread with layers of boiled potato, tomato, and cucumber, or serve it as a side with parathas.
