Teek Fuge/Spicy Chicken Dosa
Relishing spicy pancakes consisting of chicken shreds.
Ingredients
- 250 grams Dosa rice (Soaked overnight)
- 1 handful White rice (cooked) (While grinding the soaked rice add this.)
- 0.5 unit Coconut (grated) (Half grated coconut)
- 2 units Onions (Chopped)
- 2 units Green chillies (Add more if you want it more spicy)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 100 grams Chicken (Shreds)
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 unit Egg
- 2 tablespoons Oil (For frying and brushing)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)

Instructions
- 1Soak the dosa rice overnight. In the morning, grind it along with the grated coconut, green chillies, and cooked white rice to form a smooth batter.
- 2In a pan, heat a little oil. Add the chopped onions and fry until golden yellow. Then add salt, cumin powder, green chillies, and shredded chicken. Stir in a little garam masala powder.
- 3Mix the prepared chicken filling into the batter. Add an egg and mix thoroughly to combine.
- 4Using a pan, spread the batter like a pancake. Brush a little oil on it and cook until golden brown. Serve hot with pudina chutney or mayonnaise.
