Chicken Stuffed Dosa

Ingredients
- 2 cups Wheat flour
- 250 grams Chicken, boneless (Boneless)
- 2 units Onions, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 2 units Green chillies, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon Chilli powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 tablespoon Ghee
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt

Special Chicken Triangular Pastry/Chicken Mayonnaise Samosa
A delicious and popular samosa from Kerala, featuring a flavorful chicken filling with mayonnaise, wrapped in a crispy triangular pastry.
Instructions
- 1In a small mixing bowl, combine turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt with a little water to form a paste. Add the boneless chicken and mix well. Fry the chicken in vegetable oil until cooked through and set aside.
- 2Heat 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan over medium flame. Add chopped onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, and salt. Sauté until the onions become transparent.
- 3Add 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder and garam masala to the onion mixture. Mix well and sauté for an additional 5 minutes.
- 4Transfer the fried chicken into the masala mixture and stir to combine thoroughly. The filling is now ready.
- 5In a mixing bowl, combine wheat flour with enough water to form a dosa batter. Adjust salt to taste.
- 6Heat a dosa pan over medium flame and spread some ghee on it. Pour a ladleful of dosa batter onto the pan to form a medium-sized dosa. Cook on both sides until well done.
- 7Place 2 tablespoons of chicken masala onto the dosa and fold it. The chicken dosa is ready to serve.
- 8Serve the chicken dosa hot, accompanied by chutney or pickle.
