- 1 inch Ginger, finely chopped (Peel it and finely chop)
- 1 teaspoon Jaggery
- 1 serving Water

Instructions
- 1Using a mortar and pestle, crush the finely chopped ginger and jaggery together until well combined. If a mortar and pestle are unavailable, use a sturdy stone.
- 2In a pot, combine the water with the ginger and jaggery mixture. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Add salt if desired.
- 3Once the tea is ready, remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy this ginger tea after meals to aid digestion.
