Instructions
- 1Individually dry roast the fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, and garlic cloves until aromatic. Allow them to cool to room temperature.
- 2Using a mixer grinder, combine the roasted fenugreek seeds, dry red chillies, garlic cloves, tamarind, and salt. Grind until a fine powder is achieved.
- 3Transfer the ground mixture to an airtight container. Serve with dosa or hot rice accompanied by ghee.
