Mint Chutney
Mint chutney prepared with roasted gram, coconut along with mint leaves.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp Fried gram
- 5 tbsp Coconut, shredded
- 4 count Garlic flakes
- 0.5 inch Ginger
- 2 tsp Tamarind paste
- 4 count Green chillies
- 3 sprig Coriander leaves
- 3 sprig Mint leaves
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 sprig Curry leaves

Instructions
- 1In a mixer grinder, combine the fried gram, shredded coconut, garlic flakes, ginger, tamarind paste, green chillies, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Add a small amount of water and grind to form a thick chutney.
- 2In a small pan, heat the sunflower oil over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and curry leaves, allowing them to splutter. Pour this seasoning over the prepared chutney and mix well.
- 3Serve the mint chutney with idli or dosa. Enjoy the fresh and tangy flavors.
