- 200 grams Chicken, shredded (Shredded)
- 100 grams Maida (All-purpose flour)
- 1 inch Ginger, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 4 count Garlic flakes, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 1 count Green chillies, finely chopped (Finely chopped)
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon White pepper powder
- 1 cup Oil (For kneading the dough & for deep frying)
- 5 tablespoons Water
