Ingredients
- 2 units Tomatoes

Instructions
- 1Chop the tomatoes, green chillies, and onions. Using your hands, mash them together well. Add salt and set aside.
- 2In a pan, sauté the dry red chillies in coconut oil. Transfer to a mixer grinder along with the shredded coconut and grind to a fine paste. Add 2 teaspoons of mustard seeds and grind again briefly.
- 3Add the ground coconut paste to the chopped vegetables. Mix thoroughly. Incorporate the thick curd and mix well until combined.
- 4In a small pan, heat coconut oil and add mustard seeds, dry red chillies, and curry leaves. Allow them to splutter and become aromatic. Pour this seasoning over the prepared mixture and serve.
