- 1 cup Curd (Can substitute with plain yogurt)
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 2 medium Onions, finely chopped (Medium sized and finely chopped)
- 1 medium Tomatoes, finely chopped (Medium sized and finely chopped)
- 2 medium Green chillies, finely crushed (Finely crushed)
- 1 medium Carrot, finely chopped (Medium sized and finely chopped)
- 0.5 medium Cucumber, finely chopped (Half of a medium sized cucumber, finely chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Black crushed pepper (Adjust to taste)
- 1 handful Coriander leaves (Finely chopped)
