Step 1
Boil eggs, then let it cool & then remove the cover of eggs & break it into half. Do not cut into half till the end, it should look like whole egg. Then keep it aside.
Step 2
Next cut onions into 4 pieces & coarse grind onion alongwith turmeric, red chilly powder & salt. Then keep a kadai on gas, put oil in it. After the oil is hot saute the ground masalas till the masala is clear off its raw smell. Then put tamarind pulp & saute again for 2 minutes till the masala gravy is almost dry.
Step 3
Finally, put the boiled eggs & roll it in the masala & coat it all over the egg & saute till the colour of masala changes .
Step 4
Egg masala is ready to serve.
