Step 1
Boil the eggs and keep it aside.(you can use a pressure cooker for one whistle to boil the egg)
Step 2
now take a pan,add coconut oil.when it becomes hot,add cumin seeds and Corrionder powder.roast well for 2-3 minutes on low flame.
Step 3
Now,add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,Corrionder leaves and salt.saute well until the onions and tomatoes are smashy.
Step 4
then add turmeric powder and crushed black pepper powder.mix well.
Step 5
Now,add little warm water and allow it to boil.when it boils,transfer the boiled eggs into it.(egg must be cut in halves)
Step 6
Finally,to make the curry creamy,take a small bowl.add 2 teaspoons of corn flour and 1/4 cup of warm water.mix well and transfer to the egg curry.
Step 7
cook for 1-2 minutes more and turn off the flame.
