Step 1
Boil the eggs and cook completely.
Cut it into half and keep aside.
Step 2
take a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil into it.when the oil is hot,add cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
Step 3
when the mustard seeds starts spluttering,add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,salt,ginger,garlic,curry leaves,Corrionder leaves,turmeric powder,chilli powder and pepper powder into it.saute well until the onions are transparent.
Step 4
then transfer the boiled eggs into this and give a good mix.spicy egg roast is ready to serve with chappathi/roti!!
