Step 1
Boil the eggs and keep it aside by giving a gentle slit using a knife without cutting it.
Step 2
for making onion masala paste,
Put a pan on medium flame,add coconut oil,cumin seeds and all the other ingredients in the onion masala ingredients section.add needed salt into and mix well.once the onions and other masalas turns aromatic,turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
Step 3
when the onion masala is completely cool grind it into a fine paste adding a little warm water.keep it aside.
Step 4
for coconut paste,
In a mixer grinder,add grated coconut and all the other ingredients in the coconut paste ingredients section and make a good paste of it adding little warm water.
Step 5
Now put a pan on medium flame,transfer the onion masala paste,coconut paste into it.combine both and cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.then add the boiled eggs into it and you are done.
