Clean the squid well and cut in small pieces.

Step 1
Cook the cleaned squid in a pan adding little water,salt and turmeric powder.(cook for 10-15 minutes)
Step 2
now put a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil into it.when the oil is hot,add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,salt and sauté well.
Step 3
then add turmeric powder,red chilli powder into it and mix well until it is well roasted.
Step 4
now we will make fish masala powder.
For that,on a pan on low flame,add all the ingredients in the fish masala ingredients section one by one.dry roast it for 1-2 minutes.allow it to cool.then transfer in to a mixer grinder to make a fine powder.
Fish masala powder is ready.
Step 5
now add this fish masala powder into the onion masala and mix well.
Step 6
Finally add the cooked squid into it and give a good mix.adjust the salt.add Corrionder leaves and cook for 1-2 minutes and turn off the flame.

spicy squid roast is ready to enjoy with rice/roti!!
