Step 1
On a deep or slow cooker,on medium flame,add ghee and coconut oil.
Step 2
when the oil is hot,add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste and salt.saute well until the onions are soft and transparent.
Step 3
now add turmeric powder,corrionder powder,pepper powder,garam masala,Corrionder leaves and curry leaves.saute and mix well until the masala is well cooked and turns aromatic.
Step 4
next,you add the cleaned beaf/chicken into it and cook for 20-25 minutes(for chicken,cooking time is less compared to beaf).
Step 5
when the meat and masala is 80 percent cooked,add 1 cup of jeerakashala/Basmathi rice and 2 cups of warm water into it.adjust the salt,mix well and cook until the rice is well cooked.(usually takes 5-10 minutes for the rice to get cooked completely)
Step 6
delicious and very yummy Irachichor/meat rice is ready to enjoy!!
