Step 1
Cut one gooseberry into 6 equal parts after removing the seed.do the same for the other gooseberries too.
Step 2
take a pan and transfer the gooseberries into it.add water and salt.boil it for 10 minutes(until the gooseberries are soft).drain the water completely and keep it aside.
Step 3
now put another pan on low flame.add coconut oil.when the oil is hot,add mustard seeds,fenugreek seeds,curry leaves,ginger,garlic,green chillies into it.mix well.
Step 4
now transfer the gooseberries into it.add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt.give it a good mix.turn off the flame.
Step 5
finally add vinegar into it and mix again.adjust the salt.yummy gooseberry pickle is ready!!
