Step 1
Peel off the mango and cut it I to small pieces
Step 2
Now put the raw mango in pressure cooker and add one cup of water and 1/2 tsp salt and cook it for the one wistle..
Step 3
Now after a minute release the pressure of pressure cooker manually and drain all the water of raw mango
Step 4
Heat oil in a pan to Reduce to medium heat, add cumin seed, mustard seed ,fenugreekseed and,methi dana ( fennel seeds) and sauté till it begins to change colour.
Step 5
Now add onion seed , turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder ..now quickly add water or else our masala will burn ....
Step 6
Now take a good boil and add boiled raw mango cubes. Add sali as per your taste and add jaggery
Step 7
Cook it for two minutes...and seve it with parantha, korma puris or normal puris
