Step 1
Cut and clean the beef and take it in a pressure cooker.add salt,turmeric powder and half teaspoon of black pepper powder into it.cook it for 6 whistles(25 minute) adding little water and keep it aside once it is done.
Step 2
Now put a pan on medium flame.add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.add the sliced onions and salt into it.saute well.then add red chilli powder,Corrionder powder,black pepper powder and garam masala into it.roast it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Step 3
Finally transfer the cooked beef into this and add 2 teaspoons of ghee.saute well and cook it for another 5 minutes.
Step 4
Then add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and give it a nice mix.beef dry fry is ready to Enjoy!!
Step 5
Serve this delicious beef fry with hot Kerala porotta or chappathi!!
