Clean the beef and cut in small pieces

Step 1
Cook the cleaned beef for 20 minutes on medium flame adding enough water,salt and turmeric powder.
Keep it aside once it is done.
Step 2
Take a pan on medium flame.add coconut oil.when it is hot,add onion,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste, salt and sauté well until the onions are soft and transparent.
Step 3
then add curry leaves,corrionder leaves,chilli flakes,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,black pepper powder and garam masala into it.roast well.
Step 4
now transfer the cooked beef into it and combine with the onion masala.adjust the salt.squeeze 1 lemon into it.cover and cook for 5 more minutes.
