Step 1
Take a pan on medium flame,add coconut oil.when it is hot,add cumin seeds.then add onions,tomatoes,green chillies,ginger garlic paste,salt and mix well.saute until the onions are soft and cooked.
Step 2
Now add black pepper powder,Corrionder powder,garam masala,turmeric powder,curry leaves and Corrionder leaves.give it a good mix.
Step 3
then add Tomoto sauce,lemon juice,ghee and the cleaned and chopped mutton head.combine well with the masala.adjust the salt.
Step 4
Add little warm water and allow it to cook for 25-30 minutes on medium flame.
Step 5
Turn off the flame once it is done.serve it hot with rice/roti and Enjoy!!
