Step 1
In a pan add water and eggs boil it for 10 mins then take out eggs and put it on cold water and pill of the eggs and cut it into halves.
Step 2
Cut onions in cubed and chopped green chillies and coriander leaves.
Step 3
put the cubed onion and green chillies in a blender and make a paste.
Step 4
In a pan add oil and once it hot add the onion paste we made earlier and in a low flame cook it for 2-3 min
Step 5
Add ginger garlic paste and keep stirring it in low flame and now add cumin powder,black and white pepper powder , garam masala powder and salt cook it for 10-15 min till it became little brown or masala separetes from oil
Step 6
switch off the flame add milk and keep stirring continuously till it mix well with masala
Step 7
Now put egg on the masala its yolk side down to so it can absorb the masala and spice
Step 8
Cook it till egg absorb spice from both side and add finely chopped coriander leaves.
Step 9
Serve it with rice or roti
