Ingredients

  • 1 cup Graham flour
  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 1/2 cups Milk

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk together the graham flour, wheat flour, salt, and baking powder.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, cream together the melted butter and sugar until well combined. Beat in the egg.
  3. 3Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and moisten with the milk. Beat well until just combined. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Fill muffin tins and bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
