Ingredients
- 6 Medium-sized tomatoes (Smooth, ripe tomatoes are best.)

- 2In a bowl, combine the cracker crumbs, salt, pepper, and onion juice. Mix well. Add 1 tablespoon of melted butter to the crumb mixture and stir to combine.
- 3Refill the tomatoes with the cracker crumb mixture. Place the filled tomatoes in a buttered baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter over the tops of the tomatoes. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the tomatoes are tender and the topping is golden brown.
