Salmon Loaf (Two portions)

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Flaked, canned salmon
- 1/3 cup Cracker crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 each Egg
- 1/3 cup Milk

Instructions
- 1Flake the salmon apart with a silver fork. In a small bowl, beat the egg and add the milk. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- 2Add the cracker crumbs, salt, and paprika to the flaked salmon. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the salmon mixture and combine well.
- 3Grease a mould with butter. Place the salmon mixture in the well-buttered mould and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before removing from the mould and placing on a warmed platter. Serve at once with salmon sauce.
