Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Granulated gelatin
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2/3 cup Cold water
  • 1 cup White grapes, seeded
  • 4 cups Boiling water
  • 1/2 cup Diced pineapple
  • 2/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Maraschino cherries, halved

Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, sprinkle the granulated gelatin over the cold water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to soften.
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine the sugar and boiling water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the softened gelatin and stir until completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
  3. 3Stir in the white grapes, diced pineapple, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. 4Pour the mixture into a serving dish or individual molds. Gently stir in the halved maraschino cherries. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jelly is completely set.
