Beef Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb Round steak
- 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Onion salt
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- 1Grind the round steak. Season with paprika, salt, celery salt, and onion salt. Shape the seasoned meat into round cakes (patties).
