Ingredients

  • 1 lb Round steak
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Grind the round steak. Season with paprika, salt, celery salt, and onion salt. Shape the seasoned meat into round cakes (patties).
  2. 2Broil the beef patties under the broiler for 7 minutes, or until cooked through and slightly browned.
  3. 3Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and mix well. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add the salt and prepared horseradish. Serve immediately with the beef balls.
