Step 1
Chop all vegies.In a Pan pour 1 tbsp oil let it hot in a medium flame add cumin seed
Step 2
Now add ginger garlic paste and fry it till turn light brown
Step 3
now add onion and fry it for a minute and add capsicum and fry them till they soften
Step 4
Stir them frequently cook them for 3-4 mins now add tomatoes and add littile water and cook for2 mins
Step 5
Add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, sugar and mix well

Cook for 5 mins till all veggies cook nicely now help of wooden spoon 2 well in masala
Step 7
In that well grate the cheese and take a egg and crack into each well.
Step 8
Cover the lid and let the egg cook for 5-6 mins
Step 9
Garnish it with parsley and spring onion and serve it with bread.
